Handling multiple accounts is tedious folks. I’m not talking about bank accounts here but actually Gmail’s. Lots of people are bound to use multiple Gmail accounts – one of their own while some few of their company or university email address. For instance, I’m too obliged to monitor few email addresses such as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and some more.

Checking email and notifications on these email addresses can give you some serious sticks if you don’t follow the tips and tricks. Now as Gmail (on the first place) does not allow signing-in multiple Gmail accounts from the same browser, you’re imposed to open multiple browsers if you’re monitoring multiple email addresses. Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera now what for the next two email address you require attention? Sign out and Sign in. Well forget about it.

Here’s the deal. Gmail allows you to sign with all the email address that you use from only one browser that you adore by tweaking some settings. Follow these steps:

  1. After signing in to one of your account, click on your email address on the top-right corner and go to Account settings.
  2. Now in the Personal Settings menu, go to Multiple sign-in option (currently Off). Click Edit.
  3. Enable multiple signing by selecting ON and also tick on all the check boxes. Click on Save.
  4. Now we’re ready to go, click on Gmail from the top menu.
  5. Click on your email address and then on Switch Account.
  6. Now select sign in to another account.

There you have it. Sign in with your other email addresses all from the same browser. Enjoy!
