Braindigit is dependent upon our client’s trust and thus we are always working towards preserving the trust by improving the quality of our products and support. Employees owe a duty to Braindigit and towards its clients to act in a way that should merit the company’s outlook. Braindigit complies with all applicable laws and regulations and expects its Directors, Managers, Executives and associate staff members to conduct business in accordance with the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct. The use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles helps us to avoid business crisis. But, if a situation of crisis should arise, the matter will be discussed openly with the immediate head of the department and, if necessary, with the DIRECTORS, for advice and consultation.Compliance with this policy of business ethics and conduct is the responsibility of every Braindigit employee & associated members. Disregarding or failing to comply with the standard of business ethics and conduct could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including the possibility of possible termination of employment.
