He’s not much of a talking head but has proved himself with his excellence; has come to this position with his hard work and devotion; and always keen on guiding us all with his experiences. With a leader like him above all of us, we would no doubt achieve all the dreams and overcome the challenges.

Nischal Man Pradhan

With a quest to establish an IT company with a difference, the concept of BrainDigit struck his mind; gathered up some of the best experts in this field to revolutionize the web world, who are hardworking and creative enough to go the extreme in web and thus, started the journey of BrainDigit. He’s an MBA degree holder from Pokhara University, and by far knows every facet of business. He’s a person who has learnt more from experiences than education. He has worked as a project manager in the major companies and now is supervising his own business. He’s a humble person by nature and thus is reflected upon how he takes care of his employees and business. He believes in ‘simple living and high thinking’, has a charming personality and likewise, loves to travel with his friends and watch football!

Sanjeev Shrestha

Project Manager

Sanjeev is a Project Manager at BrainDigit, currently laying his hands for gobingoo.com. With a keen interest in open source technologies, he’s devoted more than half a decade for the same; also researching over the use of open source in enterprises. Previously into freelancing in web development, later felt the need to team up with a company with a view to contribute to Joomla. With his sturdy proficiency in Joomla, he’s the main brain behind the launch of Joomla extensions here. His colleagues would like to call him one of the best expertises in web technology skills. His concerns are focused towards Open Source and have concentration in Joomla 1.5 Development; facebook and twitter applications. He’s worked very hard to be a man he’s today and has a very high hope for future which is sure to be accomplished with his intelligence.

Rajesh Tandukar

Team Lead

He’s a Senior PHP Programmer at BrainDigit. A perfectionist he’s for his works, his experience in programming counts more that 6 years. Professionally he’s interested in learning new technologies and conducting research oriented works in the field of programming; loves to take challenges with an “Okay! Bring it on!” attitude. He has a deep fervor in painting and music. A man of substance he is; can also go smooth with his guitar chords and feels rejuvenated playing with it.

Narayan Koirala

QA Incharge

Really a dedicated person, he’s the team leader for Quality Assurance. The more he gets into his work, the more he feels enthusiastic about it. A quick learner by nature, he believes even a small detail in a software makes a big difference in its quality. He’s the reason that our products are always high end. As in BrainDigit, we can also see him going deep with his research and checking out for any unclear lines. So much so that, also if a live bug enters our office room from nowhere, we first call Narayan Sir to throw that bug out. ;) Truly a brave man there! Bravo!!

Santosh Timilsina

Junior Developer (.NET)

He’s a junior developer in .Net Department. Mostly busy with his work and the framework things going in his mind, he likes to revitalize himself by watching films at the end of the day, mostly related to IT. He also likes to read novels and go hiking sometimes and breathe in the fresh and aromatic air with his buddies.

If he gets appreciated for his works, then he thinks is the biggest award for him. But for sure he’s the man of substance who can hit the jackpot in a single shot. Working for almost a couple of years in BrainDigit, he feels that this company has gave him much learning environment and chances to explore new heights. Already an expert for what he does, he still feels is not much for what he can actually give. So, he’s only craving to give us little more every time. He specializes in Web and Windows Application and feels recreated when programming and hacking!! Way to go Milson!!

After excelling in his Bachelors, he’s working as a .net developer in Sageframe team of BrainDigit. As he learns more, he gets more and more interested over programming and networking and is always ready to face new challenges which are a sign of an efficient employee; likes to surf about new technology and gadgets online; and owning it, he says why not? On field he likes to play football and off field, he is interested in watching cricket. Also is very enthusiastic about riding his bike (his ultimate mate!) and visiting new places.

Dhruba Dahal comes from Baneswor, KTM and he got his BCIS degree from Apex college. He is currently working as an assistant developer in .Net platform at Braindigit. His hobbies include reading books, listening to music, coding (Jquery). He aims to become an excellent web developer.

An avid person by nature, he has entered as a Software Test Engineer in QA team after graduation in Computer Engineering. He has a deep commitment to his work. He loves doing mathematical calculations, deduction and analysis, testing etc. In short, loves all the technical aspects of QA. If asked about QA, he states- “QA analysts develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. Moreover QA is the only field where every field within the organization copes.”

Jivan has been designing websites for last two years. He's specialized in Photoshop and CSS(3). He’s always curious to learn new stuffs of design and create web applications that are rich in User Interface. He never gets bored to make unique and clean websites that are easy to understand and navigate. Nowadays, he gets himself indulged inCSS3, JQuery animations/interface. He loves to travel, watch movies when has a free time. Besides, he is really crazy for swimming as it refreshes both his body and mind.

Subash Dharel is a designer who has been designing vibrant and detailed websites professionally for over 6 years. He’s in love with the visual aspects of life as he also enjoys photography and drawing like he does with designing. Right now, a junior developer but she surely promises to grow with her aims limiting it to only the sky. In her spare time, she likes watching movies; and listening to music is something always ‘on’ for her; likes almost every type of music and says that genre actually doesn’t matter, what matters is the quality (good thought there girl!). As a Quality Controller, his tasks are mainly focused on performing manual testing, automated testing and collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing test reports, log and tracking software defects. It is because of the QC team that our company’s products are more accurate and pixel perfect. Really an efficient employee, always alert on his duties and believes that focus is the mantra of his success. He’s interest over software testing, playing computer games, surfing internet and hacking!! Rajesh Bhatt is the In-charge for the Quality Control team. His QA team makes sure that each n every software developed here is working at its best and comes out as pixel perfect as possible. He’s also in continuous process of researching for automated software testing tools. When working, he’s the man always there for action. He sure needs some relaxation off work, so he relies on movies, songs and again, computer! And he names his favorite sport as Cricket with equal enthusiasm to go travelling new places with his buddies.

She’s a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering; more focused on handling technical problems and always at her ease to assist and support the customers. Operating in R&D and website development at Brain Digit, he had completed his Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) from IMS Dehradun. A quiet person by nature, he loves to listen to soft music but his nature opposes him when he goes on field as he’s a hardcore cricket lover, but still he takes cricket secondary to software developing.

He is a BE in computer science and brings in more than four years of experience in IT field to Braindigit. During his early years he developed web sites related to travel, education, online shopping etc. He was also involved in search engine optimization on various sites and was quite successful. His motto is to work hard until he succeeds. He tells us that no one knows everything by birth. "To know " he adds, "Learn what you need." He loves to learn in a group.
